Unknown post office 

• Sideface Barred Numeral Type 2b (7 mm) is rated 5R

The only example I have seen is that shown in Manning's book, which is very similar to numeral 580 2b (7 mm). Pending another numeral 560 being seen by me, Manning's numeral 560 may or may not actually be a numeral 580 example and the numeral 560 may or may not exist
